Last draw closes 31.08.2009.

1. For the chance to win a VIP day with Andy Murray, one of 40 personally signed Fred Perry Andy Murray Kits or one of 1000s of Highland Spring training kits simply text ANDYVIP to 84433 or visit www.getsetwithandy.com and register your details.
2. All text messages will be charged at your usual standard network tariff, typically 10-12p. Please note that text-inclusive packages may not include these texts. The owner of the mobile phone that the text entry has been sent from is the winner of the prize.
3. One entry per mobile number per day will be accepted.
4. Online entries are limited to one entry a day per email address.
5. Postal entries should be on a stamped addressed envelope to Get Set with Andy, 23 Alva Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4PS.
6. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed, damaged or misplaced entries.
7. Open to all residents of the UK, IOM, ROI and Channel Islands only except employees and their immediate families of Highland Spring Ltd, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Bulk entries or those sent via third parties will not be accepted.
8. Web entries only from the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man.
9. VIP day prize consists of return travel for two to London, flights and transfers as applicable, overnight accommodation and the following VIP activity.
   1. A game of tennis with Andy
   2. A training session with Andy
10. No cash alternative will be offered.
11. Date and time of prize are to be confirmed at a later date.
12. You acknowledge that Andy Murray’s ability to attend the VIP day shall be subject at all times to his professional commitments. If Andy becomes unable to attend because of illness or his professional commitments, the event will need to be rearranged .
13. The prize-winner and any person attending the VIP day with Andy will shall be entitled to take still photographs of Andy at the VIP day for personal reasons only and will be required to sign a photo usage agreement in relation to their attendance at the VIP day.
14. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian’s permission to take part & be awarded prize.
15. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator from all valid and completed entries.
16. The adjudicator’s decision will be final.
17. The winner will be notified by email/sms initially, within 24 hours.
18. The name of the adjudicator will be made available on request to those sending a SAE to the promoter’s address.
19. By entering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. Entry instructions form part of the rules.
20. The winner’s name will be made available after the closing date by sending a SAE marked Get Set with Andy to the promoter’s address.
21. The winner’s name and image may be used in subsequent articles for trade press/publicity.
22. There are 40 Fred Perry Andy Murray Kits available consisting of a Fred Perry vinyl bag, signed Fred Perry T-shirt, Fred Perry shorts, cap and sweatbands plus 1000 Highland Spring Sports Kits available; Kits consist of 1 x Sports bag, 1 x T-shirt (one size Medium, 100% cotton), 2 x Tennis Balls, 2 x Sweat Bands, 1 x bottle cooler and 1 x sports towel.
23. 5 Fred Perry Andy Murray Kits winners and 125 Highland Spring Training Kit winners will each be selected from all entries on 12.06.09; 19.06.09; 26.06.09; 03.07.09; 10.07.09; 17.07.09; 24.07.09 and 31.07.09. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator from all valid and completed entries. The adjudicator’s decision will be final.
24. Training Kits will be dispatched to winners within 28 days of the weekly draw date.
25. Fred Perry Andy Murray Kits dispatch date will be confirmed at a later date.
26. One final draw will be made on 31.08.09 to select the winner for the ultimate VIP day
    with Andy.
27. No responsibility can be accepted for system failure or
    anything else that prevents entries being received, and
    proof of entry is not proof of receipt. To the fullest extent
    allowed by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for
    loss or injury sustained as a result of promotional participation.
28. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
